第一季＝season 1
第一集＝episode 1
第一章＝chapter 1
章 is used for books, not TV shows. 季 and 集 are used for TV shows.
If you mean “Episode 1 from Season 1”, it should be 第一季的第一集 because 季 is a bigger concept than 集. In Chinese, we say bigger concepts before smaller concepts.
